TRANSFORM® PREMIER Semi-Round Attachable Breast Form w/ Reusable, Changeable Adhesive Pads! There is no better Silicone Attachable Breast Form on the market today, period! These beautiful silicone forms are very realistic and have the newly designed internal textured nipple that blends smoothly across the form to look and feel just like real nipples.The new outer polyurethane membrane is very supple with a more matte appearance to offer a more natural look and softer “bouncier” feel.  When pads finally wear out, simply remove the old pads and replace with new ones. Forms are symmetrical and interchangeable so they are easy to fit in a variety of bras. They can be angled, turned up-right or turned completely to the side for the best fit in whatever you wish to wear. The short tapered wing is still full enough to give that rounded “implant” look. These forms can be worn in full cupped bras, but are perfect with the TRANSFORM® See-Thru Bra. Although many of our customers wear these forms without a bra, we recommend (as with all attachables) wearing a bra with this form.
